What areas do you service and how many children can attend a party?
We are based in the city centre of Hereford and will travel free of charge to anywhere within a 5 mile radius. For visits outside of this catchment, a per mile surcharge will apply.
The price quoted for all our packages is for a maximum number of 30 children. If numbers exceed this, it must be agreed with prior discussion as it will likely entail additional fees to cover assistants and performers. If additional children are present at the booking that have not been agreed prior to the engagaemnt. Enchanted Kingdom reserve the right to Levy an additional fee of £5 per child which will be invoiced for immediately after the booking.
Are the characters and costumes shown going to be the one at my visit?
All wigs, costumes and accessories shown in photos belong to us and will reflect the high quality you can expect your visit. We are lucky enough to have an extremely adaptable and multi-talented cast, which means that some performers are able to play multiple characters if we feel they suit the role. As a result of this, we cannot guarantee that the performer will always be the exact one shown in our promotional materials but rest assured that our rigorous casting process ensures you always receive a performer of the highest quality.
Will I need to provide anything?
Our performers will provide music, music system, microphone, arts & crafts, games, gifts and prizes (as per your selected package), props for any other listed activities. We do not provide decorations or birthday cake.
Please note: Our performers are there to bring magic to you already planned event. They are not in charge of organising activities outside of those listed, child minding or running the whole event. Please ensure there are always responsible adults in the vicinity to monitor the event. If our performers are left completely alone with multiple children and no other adult supervision, they reserve the right to terminate the engagement and no refund shall be given.
You will need to provide plentiful space for the allotted activities, with room for our performer to easily run the event without risk of damaging wigs and costumes. If you are unsure of whether you have enough space, please contact us with photos prior to the event.
Are your parties appropriate for all ages and genders?
We do not offer visits for children younger than 3 but there is no maximum age limit for our party visits. We know parents and guardians will know if their child still believes in “Princess magic” and will hopefully base their decision to book us off of that.
We believe that princesses are for all genders but for any boys at the events who might prefer something a little different, we can offer Superhero alternatives for any activities but please bear in mind that the party will have a predominantly princess theme.
How far in advance should I book?
We always recommend booking as soon as possible, even if it’s months away. We offer all parties on a first come, first served basis and an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a signed party contract and deposit.
Payment and deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit. If a booking is made less than 4 weeks before the event payment in full is required.
Refunds and exchanges
In the event of illness, COVID-19 restrictions or unforeseen emergencies we will offer clients the opportunity to rebook at a later date free of charge (this is subject to availability).
No refunds will be given under ANY circumstances.
